Honorary Members Program
Last May 2008, we launched the Honorary Members Program. This is where DigitalFilipino.com Club Members who have been active for 5 years are recognized and incentivize. They are:
1. Encarnacion "Cannie" May 
Cannie joined the DigitalFilipino.com Club when she was planning her e-commerce portal, YOSSN.com. During those early years, Cannie and Janette would visit trade shows to get directories and get to know interested parties wanting to do business with YOSSN. In 2006, Cannie upgraded YOSSN.com for SME membership status for one year to further promote the site's payment gateway service and sponsored a roadshow, "Women on the Web, Wireless, and Outsourcing." This is where a half-day seminar was conducted about e-commerce in areas like Cagayan De Oro, Davao, Cebu, and Manila. Through the club, Cannie also met two of her active system integrators promoting YOSSN.com to various merchants in different parts of the country.
2. IT Group
Jan Pabellon and Cris Gamboa both started as individual members in the DigitalFilipino.com Club. They later on worked together in IT Group and upgraded their membership to SME status. Jan Pabellon was also one of our resource persons in the first annual software process improvement forum. "The club is one of our resource for getting updates on various Internet developments that is helpful in our line of business."
